What is the GPF Bill TR-58 used for?

It is the official bill that authorises payment of GP Fund money — an advance sanctioned during service, or the final payment after retirement — once the application has been approved.

Who needs to fill out this form?

KP government employees who hold a GP Fund account and have had an advance or final-payment application sanctioned. The bill is prepared to actually draw the sanctioned amount.

What information does the bill ask for?

The bill records the particulars the accounts office needs to release the payment:

• GP Fund account / personal number
• Name, designation and office
• Amount being drawn (advance or final)
• Sanction reference and date
• Bank account details for credit
• Signatures of the employee and DDO

What documents are required?

Attach the supporting documents so the bill can be processed:

• Copy of CNIC
• Sanction order for the advance / final payment
• Last Pay Certificate where required
• Bank account proof

How do I submit the bill?

Follow these steps to draw the sanctioned GPF amount:

1. Download TR-58 and fill in the account, amount and bank details.
2. Quote the sanction reference for the advance or final payment.
3. Attach the supporting documents.
4. Obtain the DDO's signature and stamp.
5. Submit the bill to the AG KPK / treasury for payment.
